Our Pro Process
Surface Preparation: Our process begins with a thorough diamond grind prep. This technique ensures the surface is smooth, free of contaminants, and ready to bond perfectly with the epoxy.
Moisture Protection: Once prepped, we apply a Moisture Vapor Barrier Epoxy Primer. This specialized primer acts as a protective barrier, preventing moisture damage and ensuring the longevity and durability of the epoxy coating.
Laying the Base: With the surface primed, we then lay down the color base coat. This foundational layer gives the floor its primary hue and is the backdrop for the subsequent decorative layers.
Personalized Styling: Clients can choose between a Flake Blend or a Solid Epoxy Color at this stage. The Flake Blend offers a textured, multi-colored appearance, adding depth and character to the floor, while the Solid Epoxy Color provides a sleek, uniform shade.
Sealing in Perfection: To finish off, a clear top epoxy coat is applied. This not only enhances the floor's appearance by adding a glossy sheen but also acts as a protective seal, safeguarding against wear and tear, and ensuring the longevity of your new floor.
